Candy Magaña, MPA, Director of Health Equity Advancement, Innovation and Training at Humana, will be headlining our Opening Session on Tuesday, Oct. 25. A nationally respected practice facilitator, master trainer, and public health professional, Ms. Magaña will explore the intersection between health equity and education. Drawing on her work focused on capacity building, Ms. Magaña will share how health literacy, digital literacy, and literacy serve as core pillars in our healthcare landscape and as strategies in bridging disparities.
