Welcome back to the final day of the 20th National Conference on Family Literacy! We hope you’ve enjoyed yourself so far, and we still have a great half-day of sessions planned.

Here are a few of the many informative concurrent and feature sessions on deck for today. Check your conference program for a full list of sessions and for room information.

  • 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. — Conversation With the Assistant Secretary For Vocational and Adult Education
  • 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. — Partnering with Public Libraries to Engage Parents
  • 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. — Perfectly Planned Parent Involvement Events

At 10:15 a.m., join us for the closing brunch to wrap up this year’s conference. You’ll hear from another group of great speakers, including UPS Flight Operations Vice President Rick Barr, student speaker Misti Golden, Assistant Secretary for Vocational and Adult Education Dr. Brenda Dann-Messier, Fox in the Morning co-host Candyce Clifft and recent Grammy winner Fantasia Barrino.
